APPLEBUM ANNOUNCE FOUR-DATE AUTUMN / WINTER SERIES

INFLUENTIAL OLD SCHOOL HIP HOP CLUBBING BRAND TO TAKEOVER THE GARAGE LONDON WITH 4 PART SERIES IN SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER AND NEW YEAR’S EVE

After a busy summer period that saw Applebum host parties at festivals across Europe including Lovebox Festival, Brownstock Festival, an exclusive pool party at the inaugural Croatia Rocks Festival, as well as supporting the legendary De La Soul at Ibiza Rocks the brand have now announced their 4 part autumn / winter series at iconic London venue The Garage in Islington.

Having first made their bow at the venue back in May with a full capacity showcase including guest appearance from MTA records starlet Dream McClean - Applebum have been welcomed back this autumn to curate four events, starting with the series launch party on Friday 25th September followed by October’s Halloween event “Attack of the Dead Homies”. November Applebum team up with winter sports & music festival Rise Festival bringing some special guests along before the series finale on NYE when Applebum will transform the legendary London venue into New York cities Time Square for the Applebum “Players Ball” and an occasion to rival the big Apple itself.

Known for their eclectic slant on classic RnB and old school Hip-Hop, Applebum DJs Little Prince, J-train, Mister Bounce and Queen Shi-Shi will all be in residence, alongside a number of carefully selected friends and special guests that can’t wait to dust off their old school jams to play at one of London’s finest throwback parties. Previous Applebum guest DJs and performers have included Ibiza Rocks resident Doorly, Defected’s own Sonny Fodera, MTA rapper Dream McClean and US rapper and future star Kyntro. With talented friends in the music industry across the globe Applebum will yet again not disappoint with the next line of secret guests.

Although only a little over a year old, Applebum’s relentless party atmosphere, matched by the dedication of an enthusiastic, ever-growing community of players, has seen the brand quickly establish itself as one of London’s key RnB and Hip-Hop platforms - as evidenced by a recent collaboration with fellow upstarts Bowlin’ With The Homies.
